Helen Brown, also known as Qwn B, is a law enforcement professional, community advocate, motorcycle enthusiast, and founder of No More Tears MS. With over a decade of service in law enforcement, she currently serves as a Human Trafficking Coordinator and Sex Offender Registry Investigator, dedicating her career to protecting vulnerable populations and promoting public safety.

In 2017, Helen founded No More Tears MS, a nonprofit organization focused on raising awareness and providing resources related to human trafficking, domestic violence, sexual assault, HIV/AIDS, and child endangerment. Through education, outreach, and community partnerships, she works to empower individuals and create pathways to healing and self-sufficiency.

Known throughout the biker community as Qwn B, Helen combines her passion for motorcycle riding with her commitment to service. She organizes women-focused rides, empowerment brunches, and educational events across the country, encouraging riders to embrace sisterhood, leadership, and purpose. Her message is simple: "She Rides. She Leads. She Inspires."
