The Well Pregnancy Resource Center is a nonprofit organization serving Southern Utah, with centers in St. George and Cedar City. The Well provides free, confidential support to women and families navigating unexpected or difficult pregnancies, including lab-quality pregnancy testing, limited obstetric ultrasounds, STI testing and treatment, options education, and parenting classes.

Beyond clinical services, The Well offers practical resources for new and expecting parents: material assistance like diapers, clothing, and baby supplies, one-on-one mentoring for both mothers and fathers, and referrals to community services. All services are provided at no cost, with no insurance required, ensuring that financial circumstances never stand between a family and the support they need.

The Well also operates The Hope Chest thrift store, which helps fund its programs while serving the broader community. Since its founding, The Well has worked to strengthen families in Washington and Iron counties by meeting parents where they are, with judgment-free care, accurate information, and ongoing support through pregnancy and early parenthood.
