Alison Moscoso

As a trauma-informed spiritual director, Alison helps people recover their spirituality and connect with the sacred. She focuses on helping people access their own internal resources, trusting that each person’s soul holds wisdom, healing, and direction. Her deep hope is that everyone she accompanies will find freedom to become more themselves and will tap into the deeper reality of love that supports and flows through their lives.

Alison’s been doing this work for eight years, using her skills from her spiritual direction certification and strategies for trauma awareness and resilience certification, to create spaces of listening, attunement, and integration. However, she can trace the unfolding reality of this vocation throughout the entirety of her life. Alison knows the pain of showing up in fractions due to her bi-cultural identity as Ecuadorian American and a spiritual journey that didn’t fit in people’s boxes. And yet, she always felt a presence of love inviting her to become her full self. Today she uses meditation, group work and other spiritual practices to extend that same invitation.
