Ms. Patricia Arrington is the founder and lead instructor of Diversity Dance Productions in Baton Rouge, Lousiana. With more than 20 years of experience in dance instruction and coaching, she has trained and mentored countless young dancers and dance teams throughout Louisiana.

Under her leadership, Diversity Dance Productions has perfprmed at community events, parades, churches, and local showcases across the region. Ms. Patricia also serves as the Creative Director of the dance program at T.D. Bickham BREC, where she has taught Ballet, Tap, and Jazz for over two decades.

During her time at Southern University and A&M College, Ms. Patricia was a member of the world renowned Fabulous Dancing Dolls.

Her passion is helping young dancers build confidence, discipline, technique, and performance skills in a positive and empowering environment.
