Erin learned how to sew from the women in her family. She's been sewing since her feet could touch the machine pedal, and has been refining her craft ever since. From historically-accurate (ish) Ren Faire garb to every-day wear, Erin loves experimenting with thrifted materials, projector sewing, some pattern drafting, and more.

Erin is also a Graphic Designer by trade, avid DIY-er outside of sewing, a committed Asheville Tool Library and WNC Repair Cafe volunteer, and proud pet parent of 9 (if you count the chickens). She also runs the account @the_solarpunk_farmlet on tiktok, exploring ways to disengage from Capitalism in the hope of a better future for all <3
