The New Orleans Association of Black Social Workers (NOABSW) work to avail all African Americans and poor people of the full spectrum of social services. The Association provides a structure and forum through which those interested in social work issues in American Black communities. NOABSW was born to develop and/or service of assistance to individuals in the African American communities by exchanging ideas, offering services, advocating for and develop programs in the interest of the African Americans
