Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH) is a nonprofit developer, owner, and operator committed to preserving, creating, and sustaining affordable, healthy homes that support economic security and access to opportunity for all.

Through resident-centered programming and community partnerships, POAH supports community engagement, wellness initiatives, and neighborhood activation efforts at Barry Farm and throughout the District of Columbia.
