My name is Silvana, a globetrotter, multi-linguist, and the sweet soul behind Cowamel. Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, I’ve spent years traveling the world, absorbing local traditions, and learning new languages with my husband, Chef Peter Morales.

Today, we are partners in both life and business! Together, we turned our love for flavor and culture into Cowamel, our small-batch gourmet Dulce de Leche business. We blend my authentic Argentine roots with Peter’s chef expertise to bring an elevated, sweet taste of my homeland straight to you.

The Day Job: Co-running Cowamel, which basically means spreading joy (and gourmet caramel) one jar at a time.

My Superpower: Chatting with locals in their native language anywhere in the world.

When I’m not talking all things Dulce de Leche, I’m probably plotting our next travel destination. Pull up a chair, grab a spoon, and stay a while!
