The Denver Center for the Performing Arts (DCPA) is a nonprofit theatre organization centrally located in downtown Denver’s Arts Complex. DCPA is recognized as both the official presenter of Broadway touring productions and the producer of acclaimed local theatre through its Denver Center Theatre Company. The organization presents Broadway tours at the Buell Theatre; develops original plays and reimagined classics created in Denver in the Wolf, Kilstrom and Singleton theatres; and offers comedy, cabaret, and musicals at the Garner Galleria Theatre.

DCPA also operates extensive education and community engagement programs, including Theatre for Young Audiences, in school programs, classes, and student matinees that serve learners across the region. In addition, its Event Services team manages venue rentals within the Arts Complex — Seawell Ballroom, Directors Room, and select theatres — for corporate events, galas, and private celebrations.

The DCPA plays a central role in Denver’s cultural life, connecting audiences of all ages with live theatre experiences in the heart of the city.
