Kachka is a top culinary destination in Portland sharing the hospitality, food, and drink of the former Soviet Union interpreted through a Pacific Northwest lens. Founded in 2014 in Portland’s Central Eastside, Kachka now encompasses a restaurant, market, and frozen dumplings and vodka brands. In 2025, Kachka opened its own distillery and adjacent cocktail bar in Northeast Portland, Kachka Fabrika to showcase its award winning spirits.
