Gertrude Windsor Garden Club
For over 75 years, the Gertrude Windsor Garden Club has contributed to the stunning beauty of the iconic Tyler Municipal Rose Garden. Admitted to the Garden Club of American in 1974, the Gertrude Windsor Garden Club restores, improves and protects the quality of the environment through educational programs and action in the fields of conservation and civic improvements. Past club projects include the renovation of the historic north entrance of the Rose Garden, the Monarch Butterfly Waystation at Woldert Park, and wildflower installations at Merrick Park and the University of Texas at Tyler campus.
