Hello, I'm Tatiana - a local folk herbalist, kitchen alchemist, mother, and lifelong nature enthusiast. Born and raised in the vibrant Suisun Valley, I grew up close to the heart of nature, learning early to appreciate all that she generously provides. Living in tune with the cyclical rhythms of the earth and the seasons is very important to me and reflects in my workshops~

I've been studying the medicinal properties and magic of plants since childhood and more formally for the past decade, including my time at the California School of Herbal Studies. For over 10 years, l've worked within natural health, holistic medicine, and nutrition; but my deepest passion has always been in the world of simple, accessible folk and kitchen herbalism.

It is such an honor to facilitate beautiful spaces and lead workshops where we gather in community to learn and create with our hands. I believe wholeheartedly that Mother Earth offers us all the abundance we need, and it is my joy to share these timeless, nourishing practices with others.
