The mission of Girls With Guts is to support women+ with inflammatory bowel disease and/or ostomies through the building of community and empowerment.

The vision of Girls With Guts is to create a world where women+ with inflammatory bowel disease and/or ostomies never feel isolated, but instead find strength, confidence, and belonging through connection, community, and shared experiences.

Girls With Guts aspires to build a home where all women have access to resources, supportive programming, and opportunities to connect with others while helping break the stigma surrounding these conditions.
