The Sound Bath

Another ancient technology to support physical, emotional, and spiritual alignment: resonant sound. Sound baths provide a full-body listening experience using instruments like crystal singing bowls to produce a meditative state conducive to healing and deeper sleep. Every organ and system in the body vibrates at its own frequency. When exposed to external sounds—like the shimmering tones of crystal singing bowls, your body “absorbs” those frequencies and begins to mirror them.
