Decipher Dojo is a men's brotherhood and accountability community based in Atlanta, built for entrepreneurs, founders, and operators who look together on the outside but carry the weight alone.

Co-founded by Scott Wise and AJ, the Dojo exists to close the gap between knowing and doing. Most men in our world have read the books, listened to the podcasts, and know exactly what they should be doing. The work happens in the witnessed commitment, the showing up, the being seen by other men who are doing the same.

Scott Wise is a brand strategist and the founder of Builder Branding Co., active in private equity deal sourcing and the Atlanta entrepreneurship community. He started the Dojo after years of watching successful men quietly suffocate under the performance of having it all figured out.

AJ leads operations and community on the ground. He's the connective tissue. He keeps the rhythm steady when the work gets uncomfortable, and he's the reason this thing runs as much like a brotherhood as it does a community.

Our work draws from Stoic philosophy, Shaolin practice, Bruce Lee, James Allen, and Alan Watts, translated into something practical: weekly accountability calls, monthly Fireside Sessions at Restoria Hostel, sweat lodge ceremonies, and structured peer accountability through The Five Currents — Body, Mind, Heart, Spirit, and Wealth.
