Our organization provides a very specific and impactful service to the veteran community. We assist veterans by filing Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) at no cost, provided they have received a Veteran Verification Letter from the Texas Veterans Commission. This service helps remove a key barrier for veterans who are ready to formalize and launch their businesses. Since our founding in 2023, we assisted over 300 Veterans with filing their Texas business entities with $300.00 State Filing Fee waived. To date we saved Veterans over $90,000.00 in State Filing Fees.
