I’m Carrie Hughes — IFBB Pro athlete, owner of Solid Fitness, coach, entrepreneur, mom, and the creator behind 01FITGIRL.

Fitness changed my life far beyond the physical, and now my mission is to help women build confidence, strength, discipline, and community through movement and mindset. What started as a passion for lifting turned into a purpose: creating a space where women feel empowered, supported, and inspired to become their strongest selves inside and out.

As the owner of Solid Fitness, I’ve built a gym culture centered around real results, real accountability, and real connection — no intimidation, no ego, just women elevating together.

The Fit Girl Social was created to bring that same energy to life outside of a normal workout. This event is about more than fitness. It’s about powerful women, elevated energy, confidence, networking, self-growth, community, and stepping into the next version of yourself.
