Janelle is a lifelong learner and founder of JReeb Consulting. For more than 20 years, her work has centered on developing people—first as a Division II athlete at Truman State University, then as an educator and coach, and now as a trusted partner to CEOs and leadership teams. With a master’s degree in Leadership from Illinois State University and over six years working directly with executive teams and key leaders, she helps organizations strengthen communication, build trust, and maximize performance as they grow.

Janelle’s leadership philosophy is simple: healthy teams don’t happen by accident. They are built intentionally—through clarity, accountability, and a culture of trust. Too often, leaders are promoted without the training and support they need to build a healthy team environment. The result is predictable: burnout, disengagement, and costly turnover. She cares deeply about equipping leaders before those cracks begin to show.
