Balm Worldwide International Ministries is a spirit-filled, apostolic ministry based in Dallas, Georgia, founded by Apostle Dr. Darshan Nicole Williams, PhD — apostle, preacher, author, and licensed clinical Christian counselor. Our mission is simple, and our mandate is global: Healed People Heal Nations.

We are the home of POUR Church — a multigenerational, multicultural monthly worship gathering built on revival culture, covenant community, and the unapologetic proclamation of the Gospel. POUR is a family of families. Every generation. Every culture. All are welcome.

Our events span in-person worship gatherings, community outreach, discipleship experiences, and ministry convocations — right here in Paulding County, Georgia and beyond.
