Local Mountain Med (LMM) is a mobile medical training company providing First Aid, CPR, AED, and wilderness-focused medical education for individuals, outdoor groups, and businesses. Our classes are designed around real-world scenarios and taught in the environments where emergencies are most likely to happen—at work, on the trail, or in the community. We bring practical, hands-on training directly to you, helping people feel confident, prepared, and capable when it matters most.

Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Cienna Lopushinsky, owner and certified instructor of Local Mountain Med.

I have always had a love for the outdoors and the lifestyle I’ve found through my outdoor hobbies; rock climbing, surfing and mountain biking being my main three. My passions in life has often shaped my career pathway, my current job being no exception as I work at a climbing gym as a routesetter and am actively creating a foundation for my small business LMM.

I have been in the education industry for 8yrs and 3yrs ago I found my passion for the medical field, combining my two loves and outdoor lifestyle I created LMM. With my background in outdoor education, being an outdoor guide, and medical certifications such as Wilderness First Responder, First Aid CPR/AED and Basic Life Support I hope to grow as a business and as a community dedicated to preparedness and helping one another in times of need.
