Dr. Sica Leigh

I'm Dr. Sica Leigh—a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, educator, researcher, and founder of the AXIS Method.

My work lives at the intersection of medicine, human development, consciousness, leadership, and meaning-making. Across workshops, courses, and conversations, I explore the deeper patterns that shape how we heal, create, relate, and become.

My background includes East Asian medicine, counseling, yoga, parapsychology, and higher education. I currently serve as an adjunct educator, am completing graduate training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and continue to research the relationship between physiology, perception, identity, and human potential.

Through the AXIS Method, the Mormon Mystic Podcast, and the Midwest Center for Parapsychological Studies (MCPS), I create spaces where science, philosophy, spirituality, and lived experience can meet with both curiosity and discernment.

Whether we're discussing nervous system regulation, extraordinary experiences, leadership, symbolism, or the architecture of becoming, my hope is always the same:

To ask better questions, cultivate deeper relationship, and create conditions in which people can become more fully themselves.
