Yanni Michele (The Shameless Saucer) is a Chicago-based curator of sober social experiences and the founder of Shameless in Color.

What started as her personal journey, searching for fun, alcohol-free spaces and creating mocktails at home, quickly revealed a gap: many sober spaces didn’t always feel familiar or reflective of the community she was familiar with.

So she created one.

Shameless in Color is an intentional space for people of color who are sober, sober curious, or sober supportive to connect, feel seen, and build real community.

Her mission is to bridge the gap between sobriety and social drinking by creating experiences where the vibe is natural, the connection is real, and the space is common.
