My name is Lucero Lopez, and I am the founder of The New Generation Power and also the founder of Faith, Rhythm, and Flow. What is The New Generation Power? The New Generation Power is a fitness group for ALL ages. We help empower, inspire, and encourage the next generation of not just children but all ages. We offer a variety of fitness classes, as well as Small Group and Private Sessions. We specialize in Dance, Gymnastics, Volleyball, Soccer, Stretch, Strength and Conditioning, & more.

What is Faith, Rhythm, and Flow? Faith, Rhythm, and Flow is a Faith Based dance group. We are a Dance Ministry. It is a powerful, joy-filled gathering designed for women who want to move their bodies, connect in sisterhood, and deepen their faith.

Faith, because it is a Scripture & Choreographed Dance Experience for Christian Women!

Rhythm, because we offer a variety of pop-up Faith Based dance classes in ALL dance genres!

Flow, because we let the Holy Spirit Guide us!

One of the events we have been hosting is the, "She Moves Different," dance and devotion experience. This class begins with an intimate Bible Study and reflection, allowing us to ground ourselves in truth and exploring what it really means to move differently-in faith, our identity, and in our everyday life. After the word we transition into an energizing dance session. This is a safe space to release stress, build confidence, move freely, meet other sisters, and build a community of women who support each other.

No experience needed-just come with an open heart ready to have some fun.

This is more than a dance class. It is a reminder that when a woman is rooted in Christ, she carries herself differently.
