Atune Collective
Courtney Garner is the founder and event organizer behind ATUNE Collective — a nervous system training and mindfulness experience designed to help people regulate, reconnect, and build greater capacity for life, love, and meaningful connection.
With over 10 years of experience in meditation and mindfulness facilitation, Courtney has hosted workshops, retreats, sound baths, and transformational wellness experiences centered on embodiment, emotional regulation, presence, and personal healing.
Her work is deeply informed by her 14 years as a nurse, where she developed a grounded understanding of the body, stress, trauma, recovery, and human care. Through ATUNE, Courtney blends medical knowledge, nervous system education, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and relational mindfulness into a holistic methodology that supports real-life transformation — not just relaxation.
ATUNE events are created for people who are ready to move beyond survival mode and learn how to feel safe in their bodies, present in their relationships, and connected to themselves and others. Each experience is designed to be calming, intentional, educational, and deeply restorative, offering practical tools for regulating the nervous system and creating new patterns of connection.
Courtney’s mission is to help people train their nervous system for deeper connection — so they can live with more clarity, emotional capacity, intimacy, and peace.
