The Aurora Chamber of Commerce Foundation is dedicated to developing leaders and strengthening the community through impactful programs and service initiatives.

The Foundation leads Leadership Aurora, an immersive annual program that brings together 35–40 participants from diverse sectors—including government, education, labor, business, and professional communities—to build leadership skills and deepen community awareness across Aurora.

In addition, the Foundation offers Emerging Leaders, a program focused on personal leadership development, emphasizing emotional intelligence, ethical decision-making, and core leadership traits.

The Foundation also champions community-driven initiatives such as Rock It Sock It, an annual drive that collects socks, underwear, and essential items for individuals experiencing homelessness—providing up to 800 kits and supporting approximately 3,000 individuals in need each year.

Beyond these programs, the Foundation supports local efforts like Buckley Family Readiness, which assists families of deployed service members, and the Colorado Freedom Memorial, honoring Colorado service members who lost their lives in service to our country.

Through these programs and partnerships, the Aurora Chamber of Commerce Foundation is committed to fostering leadership, strengthening connections, and creating a more vibrant and supportive community.
