The Gathering House is a Kansas City-based production company creating premium, culturally specific tasting and nightlife experiences. We build the room, curate the experience, and bring the right people to the table.

Rum & Rhythm is our debut experience — a World Cup–aligned cultural tasting series hosted at Black Garlic, Kansas City's Caribbean and Ethiopian fusion kitchen in Midtown. Six exclusive evenings during the 2026 FIFA World Cup, each one honoring two competing nations through three hand-selected rum pours and three chef-crafted pairings guided by a rum curator.
