WhipStitch Beads is a small, Indigenous‑owned creative space focused on slowing down and creating with intention. I am Cheyenne River Sioux (Lakota), and my beading journey began during the COVID pandemic, learning two‑needle flat stitch patterns around a dining table with roommates through trial, curiosity, and community.

Over time, I’ve continued to explore techniques like fringe and loom beading through friends and online learning. A lifelong crafter, I also enjoy painting, scrapbooking, and creating my own regalia, including ribbon skirts and a concho belt. Based in Colorado, I created WhipStitch Beads to share that love of learning with others by offering beginner‑friendly workshops that invite people to slow down, build foundational skills, and create in a welcoming, supportive space.
