Diaspora Community Services (DCS) is a Brooklyn-based, multi-service nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting low-income individuals, immigrants, and underserved communities across New York City.

Founded in 1981, DCS provides culturally responsive health and social services to over 10,000 individuals annually. Their programs focus on HIV/STI prevention, women’s health, youth empowerment, housing support, and access to healthcare and essential resources.

Through community-centered programming and advocacy, DCS works to address health disparities, promote self-sufficiency, and empower individuals and families to achieve long-term well-being.
