Applebaum Solutions provides compliance, training, and operational consulting services to nonprofit and service-based organizations, with a focus on strengthening systems, improving quality assurance, and supporting regulatory readiness.

Events and trainings are facilitated by Rochelle Davis, Managing Director of Applebaum Solutions. Rochelle is a compliance and training professional with over 20 years of experience in child welfare and nonprofit operations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Human Services Administration.

Her work has included quality assurance, risk management, contract and regulatory compliance, and program support across foster care, community-based services, and behavioral health. She has coordinated with oversight and funding agencies such as the Department of Children and Families (DCF) and the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ), and has led efforts in system implementation, staff training, and organizational compliance.

In addition, she has coordinated community engagement initiatives and events that support outreach, collaboration, and service integration. A DCF-certified Human Trafficking Trainer, she specializes in translating complex requirements into practical, real-world application.

Her approach focuses on helping organizations move beyond reactive compliance to build strong systems, clear expectations, and consistent, high-quality service delivery.
