Founded in 1993, Penn North Wellness & Recovery Center has remained committed to merging addiction recovery with integrative healthcare through acupuncture, wellness practices, meditation, and community support services.

Our expansion into the Park Heights area and Northwest District of Baltimore, Maryland represents the continuation of our long-standing commitment to healing, recovery, empowerment, and community wellness.

Today, we proudly stand as one of Maryland’s newest Rapid Response Overdose Programs, providing compassionate care and immediate support to individuals and families affected by substance use and mental health challenges.
