Growing Together Behavioral Center
Growing Together Behavioral Center (GTBC) is a Jacksonville-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting children, teens, and young adults with autism and other developmental differences. Founded in 2018 by Melissa Kramer, a special needs parent, GTBC was created to provide meaningful, individualized care in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Today, GTBC serves individuals ages 3–30 through a unique blend of behavioral support, life skills training, and community-based learning experiences. With a strong focus on dignity, independence, and real-world readiness, students are empowered to build confidence and develop skills that extend far beyond the classroom.
As the organization continues to grow, GTBC remains committed to its mission of creating opportunities, fostering belonging, and helping every individual reach their fullest potential.
