Hometown Healthcare Academy (HHA) is a collaborative initiative between three leading organizations( Brockton Neighborhood Health Center, Haitian Community Partners & The Cape Verdean Association of Brockton Inc.) and Brockton High School, united to empower youth and improve community health. Our Main goal is to pour back into the Brockton through Youth advocacy (Youth Health Advisory Council) and Healthcare training (Career Step Program).
