Annette is a holistic healing practitioner, Reiki practitioner, and sound healer, and the founder of Healing with Annette.

After navigating metastatic breast cancer, Annette’s understanding of health and healing shifted profoundly. She learned firsthand the importance of slowing down, regulating the nervous system, and creating conditions where the body can feel safe, supported, and able to restore.

This experience led her into energy medicine—not as something abstract, but as a deeply practical and supportive approach to healing. Her work integrates Reiki, sound healing, and intentional rest to help others reconnect with their bodies and find a sense of balance.

Annette’s work is rooted in both training and lived experience. It’s not about quick fixes, it’s about creating space for the body to reset, restore, and return to itself.

Through this event, Annette is also collaborating with Angela, Certified Life Coach and Business Development Consultant at EleFate.Life. Their connection through Reiki training has led to a shared vision of creating intentional, supportive spaces for healing and growth.
