ReGroup Carolinas is a 501c3 non-profit organization, originating in the Carolinas. ReGroup's mission is simple; Increase economic mobility while decreasing the skills gap in the construction industry. Since 2022, ReGroup has partnered with The ROC, a local trade school to Charlotte, in order to hit the mission statement as set out by local construction professionals and leaders!
