Founded in 1973, ECCTAI is the oldest and largest chapter of Tuskegee Airmen, Inc., preserving the legacy of the men and women who served as pilots, ground crew, and support personnel during World War II. Today, that legacy continues through programs that open doors for young people and help shape the future of aviation.
