Tamela Riquelme is a transformational coach and visionary mentor dedicated to helping women who have experienced sexual trauma reclaim their power, rebuild their identity, and create emotionally healthy, deeply aligned relationships. Through her signature 12-week A.D.I. Boundless restoration Method, she guides women from cycles of pain and unhealthy patterns to a renewed sense of self-worth, clarity, and confidence.

Her passion for this work is rooted in her own courageous journey. From ages 5 to 9, Tamela survived repeated sexual abuse and trauma - a reality no child should ever endure. For years, shame, confusion, and broken identity became the lens through which she viewed herself and the world. But Tamela chose a different path. She committed to deep healing, personal reinvention, and spiritual restoration—and now she stands as living proof that trauma does not define destiny.

Today, Tamela is a devoted wife, mother to three beautiful children, and a servant-leader whose mission is to help women around the world break free from the emotional residue of their past. She empowers them to become the women God intended—whole, confident, and connected to their true identity.

Living in sunny Florida, Tamela embraces life with a joyful spirit. When she’s not advocating for women, supporting her clients, or pouring into her family, you’ll find her on the basketball court, going for a run, or traveling to new places that spark adventure and inspiration.
