E. Warren Development Corp (EWDC) is a community-based organization dedicated to strengthening Detroit’s East Warren corridor through small business support, community programming, and equitable development.

From hosting events like the E. Warren Farmers Market, Food Truck Fridays, and Wellness Fair, to operating a shared-use commercial kitchen, EWDC creates spaces where local entrepreneurs and residents can connect, grow, and thrive.

Our mission is simple: To support and enhance the E. Warren commercial corridor and adjacent neighborhoods through collaboration, community engagement, and equitable development.​
