Our Mission is to create a community that connects and champions women in Summit County, Colorado.We strive to be a stimulus for local women to thrive in business and in life. We believe that when Summit County, Colorado, Women thrive, our entire community thrives.

As a 501c3, our funds support the Summit County Women@ Work Grant to aid women in their careers or local businesses. Grant winners include Summit County residents seeking their next promotion, career transition, or growing their small businesses. When Summit County women have more income, their households and our community thrive!
