Today's Table
Today's Table is a woman-owned, small-batch food business based in Fairborn, Ohio. Founded by chef and entrepreneur Julie Arias, Today's Table operates under the tagline "Dine Well, Live Easy", a philosophy that shows up in everything we do.
Julie has been preparing complete meals since the age of 10, and food as hospitality has been woven through every chapter of her life, from her career in social services and community building to her time studying and living in Latin America and amongst people from the region, where she developed a knowledge of ingredients, techniques, and food culture that informs the dishes she creates.
Today's Table uses plant based or recyclable packaging and supplies small businesses with handcrafted wholesale soups, provides nourishing meals for after-school programs, and runs a community meals program committed to making good food accessible to everyone. We also cater small to mid-size events, offering menus that range from comforting classics like meatloaf and mashed potatoes to shrimp ceviche and tacos with carnitas, meeting every table where it is.
On Eventbrite, you'll find us hosting cultural dining events that celebrate food as a bridge between communities. Our upcoming series, beginning with "From Jollof to Ceviche: A Mother's Day Feast", brings together the flavors, stories, and traditions of different cultures around one shared table.
