The Paddle & Parrilla Society is a monthly networking community for business professionals and community leaders across the Austin-to-New Braunfels corridor. Founded by David Nall, owner of Mi Madre Cleaning Company, and Adrian Avila with Frost Bank, the Society was built on a simple idea: the best connections don't happen in conference rooms or with nametags — they happen over carne asada, tequila, and a little friendly competition on the pickleball court.

Hosted at RacFit in Buda, TX, each event brings together local professionals and community leaders for an afternoon of open networking, traditional Mexican food, and door prizes from community sponsors.
