The Caribbean Basin Institute for Education and Culture (CBIEC), is a California nonprofit organization and 501(c)(3) established in 2012 to promote cultural understanding and appreciation of the Caribbean islands and their Indigenous peoples. Through educational programming, cultural presentations, and community partnerships, CBIEC works to highlight the rich artistic, musical, and historical traditions of the Caribbean while fostering meaningful cross-cultural connections within our region.
