Born and raised in Alabama with deep family ties to Jacksonville, Kellie is passionate about helping people find their place in Northeast Florida. Her journey began with a degree in Legal Studies from UCF, where she focused on contracts, estates, and property law. She then spent eight years excelling in sales and management within Orlando’s fast-paced student housing market—experience that reinforced the importance of clear communication, dedication, and putting clients first.

As a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), she specializes in helping buyers navigate the home-buying process with confidence. Whether buying, selling, or leasing, she ensures her clients feel comfortable, informed, and empowered every step of the way. She is a certified agent for the following local communities, Nocatee, Everrange and Glen Kernan.

When she’s not helping clients find their dream home, she enjoys running with her dog, exploring new restaurants, tackling trivia nights, and cheering on her favorite football teams, the Ponte Vedra Sharks, Jacksonville Jaguars and UCF Knights.
