Wilmington Lions United is a youth football and cheer organization dedicated to serving the inner-city youth of Wilmington, North Carolina. Founded on the principle of unity, our program brings together kids from different neighborhoods and backgrounds to create one team, one family, and one mission.

Our goal is bigger than sports — we aim to provide a safe, structured environment where young athletes can learn discipline, teamwork, and life skills while staying away from negative influences in the community. Through football and cheer, we help develop confidence, leadership, and accountability in every child we serve.

The mission of our Southeast Unity Camp is to bring the community together while raising funds to support the future of our athletes.

This year, our primary goal is to raise money for new football helmets, ensuring that every child in our program has the opportunity to play the game safely and confidently. Proper equipment is not a luxury — it’s a necessity, and we are committed to removing financial barriers for families in our community.
