It all began with a simple idea—and a lot of failed starters. I tried again and again, only to step back in frustration. Eventually, I gave in and bought a starter from a local baker, but when it ran out, I knew I had to truly learn. After diving deep into the Tartine method and committing to the process, something finally clicked. Since then, it’s been nonstop baking, sharing loaves, passing on starter, and teaching others. What started as curiosity became a passion rooted in art, science, and connection—and now, I get to share that with you.
