Partners for HOME coordinates the Atlanta Continuum of Care, a coalition of over 170 agencies united in the effort to end homelessness in Atlanta. By leveraging data, evidence-based practices, and lived experience, PFH works to create a compassionate, housing-focused response system that helps people move off the streets and into permanent stability.
