For much of my adult life, I have been drawn to understanding the nature of suffering. Meditation and contemplative practice would bring moments of clarity and openness, yet I continued to encounter recurring cycles of anger, doubt, and inner conflict.
Over time, it became clear that insight alone was not resolving the deeper patterns that generate psychological and emotional suffering. There was a gap between understanding spiritual ideas and actually being free of the mechanisms of inner division.
The Process emerged from this inquiry. It is a structured approach to working directly with the mind’s tendency to split experience into opposites and become trapped within them. Rather than suppressing emotion or attempting to rise above human experience, it engages life directly and completely.
The intention is simple: reduced inner conflict, greater clarity, and a more stable experience of ease in everyday life.
