Natalie Hunt

Natalie Hunt

Natalie Hunt holds a master’s degree in art therapy from George Washington University. She realized pretty quickly that practicing traditional indoor therapy was not for her. After a serious illness left her sensitive to indoor lighting and screens, she discovered firsthand the healing power of being in nature. She is commited to helping people on their inner child healing journey. Natalie grew up in the world of meditation and at one point traded it in for activism before realizing she could have both. She is dedicated to making meditation and nervous system regulation fun. She loves digging in the dirt and works with NAYA's Indigenous Sovereignty Garden, Portland Fruit Tree Project, and Portland Food Forest Initiative. In the fall, she loves to teach people how to process acorn flour which can taste surprisingly like graham crackers!
