I've spent 10+ years solving the human side of organisations, often walking in where the people infrastructure didn't exist and building it from the ground up.

My work sits at the intersection of HR strategy, learning design, and leadership development. I've built HR functions from scratch, implemented people systems across four countries, and designed and delivered training programmes for managers and teams across industries.

One belief has stayed consistent across all of it: people don't grow because of big, dramatic changes. They grow because of small, consistent ones.

The workshops I run are built on that principle — practical, application-first sessions where managers leave with something they can use the same week. No theory for theory's sake. No frameworks that sound good in a room and disappear on Monday morning.
