BŪP INNO (BUP Innovation Corp.) is a Tampa Bay-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to building an equitable and thriving startup ecosystem in our region. We create programming that bridges equity gaps in early-stage entrepreneurship — connecting underrepresented founders with the resources, mentorship, and community they need to grow.

Through our signature programs, BŪP Innovation Weekend and BŪP INNO Incubator, we focus on applied innovation that solves real Tampa Bay challenges. Our events bring together founders, corporate partners, investors, and community leaders to build something bigger than any one organization.
