Jackie James is the founder of Love & Connection, a movement dedicated to helping people reconnect through authentic conversations, meaningful relationships, and shared humanity.

After more than 30 years in the multifamily housing industry, Jackie built relationships with thousands of people across the country and discovered a common truth: regardless of background or profession, people long to feel seen, heard, valued, and connected.

Inspired by her own journey through loss, healing, and personal growth, Jackie created Love & Connection to offer spaces where people can slow down, be present, and experience genuine human connection. Through community gatherings, workshops, speaking engagements, and workplace programs, she helps individuals and organizations strengthen emotional wellbeing, foster belonging, and build more meaningful relationships.
